Bajaj Pulsar 220F Gets BS-IV Update in 2017



 On the way Bajaj has Silently launched the 2017 Pulsar 220F prior to its official announcement. The visual updates to the bike are limited to a new dual-tone paint scheme and a matte black-finished muffler. Here we have pictures of the interesting black-red color, but there will be definitely 2-3 other options in the list as well. Coming to the price factor, the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 220F costs around Rs 1.05 lakh (india). Apart from the cosmetics, the most important update given to the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 220F is its engine. It is the same 220cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled, DTS-i engine, but it is now complaint with the BS-IV (Bharat Stage IV) emission standards. The motor still continues to make 21PS of power and a peak torque of 19.2Nm using the same carburetor fuel supply system There are also some other updates in the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 220F, such as new blue backlight for the LCD display and softer seats for more comfort during long rides. Apart from them, most of the parts look untouched, including the brakes and the suspension set-up as well. As we said,the bike is yet to be launched officially, however, some Bajaj dealerships are already selling the 2017 Pulsar 220F in the market.
